Quinn Therm PIR Insulation is a high performance, fibre free board, with a rigid thermoset insulation core and faced on both sides with a low emissivity composite foil facing. The high compressive strength of Quinn Therm QF enables it to withstand the dead and imposed loads transmitted through the floor. Quinn Therm PIR is suitable for new build and refurbishments projects in both domestic and commercial build. With specific properties that optimise the performance of underfloor heating. For suspended timber floors in particular, Quinn Therm PIR reduces heat loss by an air infiltration method, making it the ideal solution for upgrading the thermal performance of existing floors. These low emissivity facings increases its thermal resistance of unventilated air space adjacent to the insulation, improving the roof’s overall thermal performance. Designed for warm pitched or ventilated cold flat roof constructions on new build projects or on refurbishment projects where the roof is to be stripped and re-covered
TB4000 is targeted at cut-to-fit applications between rafters or joists and enables users to achieve lower U-values with a single layer of insulation than has previously been possible. It is also appropriate for use in floors and walls. With low emissivity foil facings, TB4030 is manufactured from rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) using a blend of blowing agents that have zero ozone depletion potential (zero ODP) and low global warming potential (GWP).
Celotex GA4000 is a multi-purpose insulation board that provides solution to overcome from the localized thermal bridges problem. Featuring a low emissivity foil facings, this board has been manufactured from tough polyisocyanurate (PIR) by using a perfect mix of certain blowing agents which acquires zero ozone depletion potential (zero ODP) and a low global warming impact (GWP). Celotex GA4050 is suitable for use in a number of applications including roof, wall and floor systems.
Cavity insulation retaining disc’s are for restraining brickwork, blockwork and stonework. The Ancon Staifix range of wall ties includes solutions for all types of masonry construction including traditional brick-to-block, thin-joint blockwork and timber frames.
