Ancon Staifix Housing Tie 250mm Box 250

They Housing Ties are used to join the two leaves of a cavity wall together, allowing the two parts to act as a homogeneous unit. Hidden from view after construction, wall ties play a vital role in ensuring the stability of a building. Type 4 wall tie for use in the external walls of houses and small commercial developments up to 10 metres in height. It is also a Type A tie for internal separating walls of buildings of any height.

The 200mm thick Loft Roll 44 by Knauf is ideal for the rigorous thermal insulation of pitched roofs at ceiling level. A highly versatile, energy saving choice, it is also suitable for floor insulation. When used at ceiling level, it is typically fitted in two layers, with the first layer positioned between the joists and the second layer over and at right angles to the joists.

This high-performance product consists of a flexible low-density glass mineral wool quilt, which is lightweight, resilient and non-combustible. The rolls are 1140mm wide and partially perforated to produce either two rolls that are 570mm wide or three rolls 380mm wide, making this a highly convenient, endlessly versatile solution.
