Kingspan Thermaroof TR26 Flat Roof Insulation Board Pk4 2400mm x 1200MM x 80mm

Thermaroof TR26 is a rigid thermoset insulation core that is perfect for insulating flat roofs waterproofed with mechanically fixed single-ply waterproofing in a variety of new build and refurbishment projects. This board provides high performance and is fibre-free core with a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK, as well as a resistance to the passage of water vapour.

Featuring low emissivity composite foil facings on both sides, this board can be easily integrated with most mechanically fixed single-ply waterproofing systems and green roof systems. Available with FM Approval to FM 4470 – search ‘Kingspan Therma’ on the FM Approvals website for conditions of approval.

Kingspan Kooltherm K107 Cavity Insulation Board PK2 2400mm x 1200MM x 150mm

100mm Kooltherm is a premium performance rigid thermoset-modified resin insulant. It is impervious to air infiltration and the passage of water, as well as effortless to install and handle.

Screed

Screed is a thin, top layer of material laid over a concrete subfloor, that is traditionally made of sharp sand and cement, similarly to concrete. Industrial screed can be used for more heavy duty applications by using a more coarse 6-10mm aggregate.

It is used to cover structural flooring concrete, and can be applied to either a solid, in-situ or precast concrete floor slab. It can also be laid on top of insulating materials, and is ideal for covering underfloor heating pipes.

It’s purpose is to provide a smooth, flat surface that other finishing materials, such as carpet, tile or floor boards, can then be laid on top of. Not only that, but it can also help to even out a floor surface, to ensure it is safe and level; as a rule of thumb the level of a floor should not vary more than 5mm over the space of 3 metres.

Code 4 Lead Flashing Roll – 3m x 240mm

Code 4 milled lead is as malleable as code 3 lending itself to be the perfect alternative when producing abutment flashings and soakers.   Its flexibility and resistant to wear with its increased gauge makes it a suitable choice for most types of pitched roofing such as hip, ridge, chimney, apron and cover flashings. The extra thickness of lead over code 3 offers additional thermal resistance which enables the pieces of lead you can use to increase to 1.5m in length.

The Acme Single Camber Tile and a Half/Gable Tiles by Marley that are fitted to the end of a gable should be 1½ wide. This will ensure that the pattern is maintained without having to cut down or use half-width tiles at the verges.
